Can you recreate a sold out piece?
Please be mindful that each element in our textile art is unique and therefore exact replications aren’t possible to achieve.
The good news is that even though no two pieces are precisely and perfectly alike, the artist is always able to work on a similar design to the one you love. Feel free to contact us for custom inquiries and/or further questions
What materials do you use to create your textile art?
Hand Dyed Fiber Canvases:
Most hand dyed pieces are crafted with our signature cashmere merino wool. The merino wool is ethically sourced by a small family-owned mill based in USA. Our wooden frames are crafted by an experienced/licensed local carpenter to ensure their longevity and best wood quality. The fibers are dyed with custom prepared textile pigments and natural dyes.
Tassels and Juxtaposed Panels:
Our tassels and juxtaposed textile art are made with raw combed organic cotton fibers, silk, tencel and bamboo blends. Mounting frames will vary depending on the style and design of the artwork.
Half Moon Textile Art:
Most of our signature half-moon pieces are made with reclaim birched wood or natural woods such as walnut or teak. Fibers will vary depending on the design. Mixed media products and coloring techniques are used by the artist to give some panels/frames textured and aged metallic finishes.
How do I Install / hang my textile art?
All artworks arrive fully assembled and ready to hang right out of the box with wall-mounting hardware and clear instructions included for effortless installation. The larger wall hangings come with attached mounting brackets at the back of the dowel, to hide any wall screws and to create a lovely ‘floating look’. How do I clean & Care my textile art?
After receiving your fiber artwork please unpack as soon as possible. Carefully unpack and hang / mount the artwork. During transport the wall hanging can sometimes get a bit wrinkled. After hanging the art, carefully comb the fringes with your hand or a comb. Often gravity will also help straighten this out.
To clean your wall hanging, lightly dust the piece and hang it outside giving it a little shake to remove any remaining dust particles.
A damp cloth or steam cleaner to clean the art, as you risk damaging the fibers or having dye run out. Please be sure to follow these instructions to ensure a long lifespan for your precious wall hanging.
Can I post about you and your work in my blog, website or social media page?
Absolutely, but please contact us beforehand to get authorization for any kind of use of our intellectual property and/or copyrighted products.
Unauthorized use of our copyright and/or intellectual property is prohibited. Legal actions might be taken against those who infringe.
What does the Shipping process look like?
All Artworks come with Free Shipping to US/CAN/UK/AU/europe. Tapestries are shipped with UPS EXPRESS and typically have a 2-7 working days transit time. Once your package is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking info. Please note that a signature can be required upon delivery and depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. The Heavens Art is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.
How and when is my package delivered?
There will be made 3 separate delivery attempts – if you are not available to sign for the package, your wall hanging will be held at the closest Shipping location. It is the buyer’s responsibility to claim the wall hanging before it is returned to us. If you want to hold your package at the closest service point, please contact shipping company and refer to the tracking number.
What kind of materials do you use?
– Locally sourced Hickory-wood or beech-wood
– High quality 100% natural virgin cotton cords (twisted and braided signature rope)
– Animal friendly and ecologically responsible sheep wool
– Various non-toxic dyes and diluted paints
Do you offer Custom Artwork

What's the lead time
Since all my work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times normally is a week for normal orders. Custom orders might take 2-3 weeks. All artworks are shipped with UPS / FedEx / DHL Express, with 2 – 7 working days transit time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Is there Wholesale or designer discount?
We offer Wholesale pricing on most of our bestselling artworks. Please contact us for details if you are interested in partnering up.
Interior designers, architects and other design professionals receive 10% off on all fiber art orders (excluding custom commissions). Contact me to get your personal discount code.

Do you accept returns?
For non-custom fiber artwork there’s a 3-day exchange period, where you may exchange your wall hanging for a similarly priced piece found in our shop. Please contact me if you want to make use of this option. For tailor made custom fiber artworks, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
What if I received a defected Piece?
In the unlikely event that your order gets lost or if you receive a broken or damaged wall hanging, an exchange is possible. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage. The defective product must be returned in its original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describe the design and slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and the way our artwork is made.
